MOM — Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 10, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of MOM subscriptions made at momlabel.ai, operated by MOM GLOBAL LLC (ОсОО «МОМ Глобал»), 316 Chui Avenue, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes all payments and refunds.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any charge — this applies to your first purchase and to every renewal charge, monthly or annual.

How to Request a Refund

Choose whichever is easier:

1. Via Paddle: use the link in the receipt email you received from Paddle at the time of purchase; or
2. Via MOM support: email support@momlabel.ai (or call +996 551 248 926) from the email address associated with your account, stating the charge you would like refunded.

That's all we need. Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method and normally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a Refund

When a charge is refunded, the corresponding subscription period ends and your account reverts to the free tier. Your account and your content remain intact — you can resubscribe at any time.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent laws in Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and elsewhere.
