MOM — Data Deletion

Last updated: October 20, 2026

MOM (momlabel.ai) is an AI-powered platform that helps independent artists build their careers. This page explains how to delete your data from MOM. What we collect and how long we keep it is described in our Privacy Policy — see Section 8 (Data Retention) and Section 9 (Your Rights).

1. Delete your account in MOM

  1. Log in to MOM and open Account.
  2. Choose Delete my account and confirm with your password.
  3. Your account is deactivated at once and scheduled for deletion. During a 30-day grace period you can restore it from the same page.
  4. After 30 days your account is deleted permanently, including your profile, creative content, likeness data, AI Output and media files, as described in Section 8 of the Privacy Policy.

2. Request deletion by email

Write to admin@momlabel.ai from the email address of your MOM account, with the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us whether you want the whole account deleted or only specific data. We reply within 30 days. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm control of your account email.

3. If you connected Instagram or Facebook

You can connect your own Instagram professional account to MOM so that MOM publishes your posts to it when you ask. If you connected it:

  • Disconnect in MOM at any time: the access token we hold for your Instagram account is deleted at once.
  • Remove MOM in your Instagram or Facebook settings (Apps and Websites) and choose Send request to delete your data. Meta sends the request to us automatically, and we delete the access token and the data we received from Meta about your Instagram account (account ID, username, and the IDs and links of posts published through MOM).
  • You receive a confirmation code and a status link of the form https://momlabel.ai/data-deletion/status?code=... where you can check that the request is completed.

A deletion request sent from Instagram or Facebook removes the Instagram connection only. To delete your MOM account itself, use Section 1 or 2 above.
